1. Market Rate Changes
All electric bike prices, monthly installment calculations, and down payment structures displayed on this website can change based on market rates. The cost of raw battery cells and import duties can make prices shift without notice. Final pricing always happens at our shop.
2. Showroom Bookings and Price Locks
Final vehicle prices are locked only after a formal booking order is processed at our Lahore showroom. Our physical location is located at Plot 418, Main Road, Block E, PIA Housing Scheme, Wapda Town, Lahore, 54770. A standard website cart addition does not lock your final price.
3. Paperwork and Payment Clearance Rules

1. Warranty Coverage Limits
We give a full 2-year warranty on specific electric scooty models and Lithium-ion battery packs. The warranty only covers natural technical faults and electrical battery degradation. If the motor or battery stops working naturally, we will fix it.
2. Strict Warranty Exclusions
Physical damage, water entering the battery casing, or accidents caused by negligence will immediately void the vehicle warranty. If you open the battery pack yourself or use a wrong third-party charger, the warranty stops working.
3.Home Service and Showroom Inspections
If a major motor or battery fault happens under warranty, our mechanic will visit your home in Lahore for free. For any other regular part replacement or regular maintenance tuning, you must bring the bike directly to our showroom facility.
Order Cancellations, Swaps, and Refund Requests
We maintain a transparent policy regarding vehicle bookings, order updates, and cancellation requests for local buyers.
